Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will send you a free replacement immediately. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@whiskerwell.us with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 24 hours and ship your replacement at no cost.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@whiskerwell.us. We will send the correct item and arrange free return of the wrong item.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind returns
- Products that have been used and show signs of wear beyond normal use
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Orders cancelled after shipment has been dispatched
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
